- Water: The cabin has potable and non-potable water (old fashion hand pump) at the sink.
- Power: The power is solar/ battery so there are a few lights and you can charge a dog collar or cell phone but no large power outlets.
- Bathroom: The restroom is an outhouse in close proximity.
- Pond: The pond is available to guests for fishing. The limit is (2) trout per person if you are going to eat them otherwise it's catch and release only.
- In the Cabin: We have bedding and basic amenities including coffee, tea, bottled water, gatorade. We recommend you bring what you would like for food or any special comfort items like pillows. Pets are allowed in the cabin. There is a propane stove that can be used for cooking or heating water for coffee or tea. Please leave all trash in the designated trash cans to be removed by staff.
- Campfire: We ask that you do not bring any wood with you. There is a large amount of campfire wood available for you to use in the designated area. We ask that you use the designated fire circle for any campfires during your stay.
- Hunting: Hunters are asked to refrain from hunting except during the scheduled booking unless permission is granted. If you have a guided hunt; the guide will meet you at the cabin prior to your designated start time. Also, the staff checks the feeder and hunting area every day at 7 AM and may check in with you before releasing you to hunt.
- Check in/Check out: Check in the night before your hunt is between 3 PM-7 PM. If you desire to spend the night after your hunt, check out is between 11 AM and 1 PM. No hunting allowed prior or after your scheduled hunt!
- Confirmation of your check in and check out time must be communicated with Eric prior to your check in date.
